The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (aka Metro) has made available its draft Metro Customer Code of Conduct for public comment. The updated/revised text can be read here.

Public comment will be taken through February 7, 2008. Consideration of adoption by the Metro Board will take place at its March meeting or a later board meeting.

All comments should be submitted to the Metro Ethics Department:
