Howza 'bout, "I went into it for the money!"

No? Well, howza 'bout this one: As a physician and as a boardmember of my homeowners association and neighborhood council, I was amazed at the extraordinary amount of passion and interest I observed from virtually every patient, every neighbor and every civic leader on this issue. Liberal and conservative alike, the desire to improve our mobility and quality of life runs broad and deep, and it's clear that's where I need to focus my time and efforts on.
