We have no objection to the vast majority of the proposals and note that RTA is making a sincere attempt to keep most segments canceled on a line covered by service on other lines. However, we have significant objections to two proposals:

Route 3 - We believe that cancellation of the 6th St.-California Ave.-Arlington Ave. segment will result in difficulties for passengers needing to transfer to and from Route 15, and we urge you to find a way to maintain that connection.

Route 36 - There is a similar network connectivity issue with the cancellation of this service. Although we do not deny that, based upon ridership, this line would seem to have such low productivity as to warrant cancellation, we also must point out that sometimes these lines must be maintained in order to keep passenger mobility. Route 36 is such a line.
